Our workshops and series classes provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their practice, explore new topics and styles of movement, and learn from expert teachers while cultivating community and having fun!

Bridge Studio offers a wide variety of workshops, series topics, and yoga teacher training intensives including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling®, Chair Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.

Virtual Workshops for Summer 2021

Intuitive Eating Meets Yoga Series with Janet Steady, MS, RDN, LD, 200YTT

This is an online Yoga Class Series offered through the Zoom platform. 

To Register for the Intuitive Eating Meets Yoga series:
– Visit our Class Schedule & Sign Up Page. Scroll down to the bottom of the calendar and select “Full Calendar“, select the date of the workshop you would like to attend, and click “Sign Up“.
– Click “Next“, then sign into your Mindbody account (or create one if you are a new student).
– Select the first workshop date, June 14th, 2021, and select either the “Full Series 10 Class Pass” or “3 Class Pass” purchase option at checkout. Then, enter your name into each of the workshop dates you plan to attend to ensure that you are registered for the series. Note: If you selected the 3-class pass option, we ask that you attend the first class on June 14th. The remaining 2 passes can be used toward any class in the series.
– Once you have registered and paid for class, you will be sent a confirmation email of your registration.
– 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of class, you will be sent an email invitation to join a Zoom meeting with Bridge Studio. Click the link provided in the email to be brought to class. If you do not receive an email invitation at least 30 minutes prior to class, email bridgestudioatartofawareness@gmail.com to be sent a new invitation.
