Tuesday, November 10th, 2020 from 5-6pm
Leg and Hip Muscles Lengthened
Release tight hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors, iliotibial band and buttock muscles to create length and free the pull on the lower back, pelvis, and knees. Help relieve sciatic pain caused by tight piriformis. Free the muscles to function properly and release their pull on the pelvis, knees, and lower back.

Tuesday, November 17th, 2020 from 5-6pm
Neck and Shoulder Release
Lift the sternum, widen the collar bones, free neck stiffness and release tightness in the pectorals and shoulders. Lengthen your spine and feel more mobile and spacious in the upper body. Good for rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, and neck issues.

Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 from 5-6pm
Deep Hip Release
Release tightness from the deep lateral rotators including the piriformis, tone the buttocks, work out tight hamstrings, hip flexors, adductors, and iliotibial bands, freeing the leg attachments and pelvis. Bring circulation to entire ball socket joint. Great for arthritis, low back, hip and knee issues.

Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 from 5-6pm
Low and Mid Back Relief
Create spinal length to release back tension, including deep psoas work. Traction the spine while developing core strength. New routine to get the quadratus lumborum. Good for compressed discs, psoas and iliacus imbalances, sacroiliac joint issues, and stimulates digestion. Feel spacious, taller and stronger after elongating the torso.

Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 from 5-6pm
Feet, Ankles, and Knees
Restore healthy foot function by creating balance, flexibility, strength, and raised arches. Work on ankle mobility and lengthen and tone calf and shin muscles. Develop long and strong adductor and quadricep muscles to stabilize the knee. Good for bunions, plantar fasciitis, and hammer-toe.

Tuesday, December 15th, 2020 from 5-6pm
Upper Back and Neck Freedom
Unravel chronic holding patterns which cause the thoracic spine to round. Lift the sternum bone, go deep into the pectoral attachments, armpit adhesions, ribs and shoulder blades. Free the front rib cage to lift, allowing the neck to reposition and find ease.

Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 from 5-6pm
Hips and Spine Re-Balanced
Release tension and holding patterns in the entire spine from the tailbone to the skull. Work the gluteals and hips joints, the hamstrings, and the front of the pelvis to stimulate a letting go of the adductors and psoas. Great for back and neck issues, as well as tight hip flexors and hamstrings.

Yamuna Ball Massage of the Organs
Bring circulation to your major organs! Great for digestive issues, stimulate movement and release adhesions around the lungs, heart, liver, and all of the abdominal and pelvic organs.
