Our workshops and series classes provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their practice, explore new topics and styles of movement, and learn from expert teachers while cultivating community and having fun!

Bridge Studio offers a wide variety of workshop and series topics, including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling®, Kundalini Yoga, Let Your Yoga Dance (LYYD), and several special seasonally themed classes–among others. In addition, our monthly schedule includes several regular rotating workshops (schedule below).

  • Yoga for Releasing the Psoas Muscle with Mindy Miller Muse
    Friday, March 8th from 5:30-8:00pm *  Cost: ($35/person)
    Join Mindy Miller Muse, ERYT500, C-IAYT  for this special 2.5 hour workshop that will aim to both actively and passively stretch and release the iliopsoas muscle. The “psoas” muscle is one of the longest muscles in the body, is the ONLY muscle that attaches the spine to the legs, is very much involved in flexion of the spine/legs, and gets activated by our stress response (flight/fight/freeze).   • Qi Gong for Inner Healing and Power with Jen Deraspe
    Saturday, May 18th from 1:00-2:45 pm *  Cost: Sliding Scale Fee ($20-$35/person)
    Awaken your life force energy, inner healing, and power through Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese healing art designed to enhance one’s capacity to work effectively with life-force energy, known as Qi. Spring is a time to emerge and plant new seeds. It is a time of great awakening and growth. In Chinese Medicine, the Liver is the organ of spring and its element is wood. The wood element represents resiliency, strong roots, and the ability to yield. Our time together will focus on the liver; releasing blocked and stagnant energy through breath meditation, activating our Qi, tonifying our internal power stored in our organs, as well as gentle stretching & slow flowing movements. We will end our workshop with a guided meditation. No experience necessary. Advance registration is encouraged as space is limited.   • 4 WEEK SERIES: Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Women* with Mindy Miller Muse

    Join Mindy Miller Muse for this special women-only series of yoga for survivors of trauma. In this special trauma-informed class, participants will have an opportunity to experience the healing benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. This class focuses on noticing present moment experiences and choice making. There are no hands on assists offered. No prior Yoga experience necessary. Advance registration for the full series is required.   • Teachers Learning Circles with Mindy Miller Muse

    Cost: $30/person
    (*Discount for Bridge Studio/YMSY YTT graduates and current participants: $20.)
    Join us for continuing education and community building! These 2-hour gatherings aim to support teachers and teachers-in-training with ongoing continuing education and networking/building community. Each session will feature a specific topic of learning and will be facilitated by Mindy Miller Muse ERYT500, YA-CEP, C-IAYT. The format will be a group discussion and practical application/workshop of the topic. 1.5 Yoga Alliance Continuing education hours will be available with a certificate of attendance.
