Our workshops and series classes provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their practice, explore new topics and styles of movement, and learn from expert teachers while cultivating community and having fun!

Yamuna Body Rolling® with Melora Gregory, Certified YBR® Instructor

This is an online Workshop Series offered through the Zoom platform.

Workshop #7: Tuesday, April 13th, 2021, from 5-6pm: 
Target the Hips and Legs
Props Needed: 
2 indigo or 2 black YBR® balls, & one pearl or silver ball
Work the sides of the legs intensely on the IT bands, adductors, and calves. Experience deep outer hip and buttock muscle release. Lengthen both quadriceps and hamstrings. Work slowly and deeply to free hips, iliotibial bands, knees, and unravel leg strain all the way to the feet.

Workshop #8: Tuesday, April 20th, 2021, from 5-6pm: 
Hips and Spine Re-Balanced
Props Needed: 
2 indigo or 2 black YBR® balls
Release tension and holding patterns in the entire spine from the tailbone to the skill. Work the gluteals and hip joints, the hamstrings, and the front of the pelvis to stimulate a letting go of the adductors and psoas. Great for back and neck issues, as well as tight hip flexors and hamstrings.

To Register for a Yamuna Body Rolling® Workshop or the Full Spring 2021 Session:
– Visit our Class Schedule & Sign Up Page. Scroll down to the bottom of the “Full Calendar“, select the date of the workshop you would like to attend, and click “Sign Up“.
– Click “Next“, then sign into your Mindbody account (or create one if you are a new student).
– If you would like to register for the whole series and purchase the Spring 5 Class Pass, select the first workshop date, April 27th, 2021, and select the “5 Class Pass” purchase option at checkout. Then, enter your name into each of the workshop dates to ensure that you are registered for the series. 
– Once you have registered and paid for class, you will be sent a confirmation email of your registration.
– 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of class, you will be sent an email invitation to join a Zoom meeting with Bridge Studio. Click the link provided in the email to be brought to class. Spring Schedule

Workshop #1: Tuesday, April 27th, 2021, from 5-6:15pm: 
Shoulder and Neck Freedom
Props Needed: 
Gold and black YBR® balls
Unravel chronic holding patterns which cause the thoracic spine to round. Lift the sternum bone, go deep into the pectoral attachments, armpit adhesions, ribs and shoulder blades. Free the front rib cage to lift, allowing the neck to reposition and find ease.

Workshop #2: Tuesday, May 4th, 2021, from 5-6:15pm: 
Deep Hip Release
Props Needed: 
1 Black YBR® ball
Release tightness from the deep lateral rotators including the piriformis, tone the buttocks, work out tight hamstrings, hip flexors, abductors and iliotibial bands, freeing the leg attachments to the pelvis. Bring circulation to the entire ball socket joint. Great for arthritis, low back, hip and knee issues.

Workshop #3: Tuesday, May 11th, 2021, from 5-6:15pm: 
Feet, Ankles, and Knees
Props Needed:
Foot wakers, 1 Gold, and 1 Black or Indigo YBR® ball
Restore healthy foot function by creating balance, flexibility, strength, and raised arches. Work on ankle mobility and lengthen and tone calf and shin muscles. Develop long and strong adductor and quadricep muscles to stabilize the knee. Good for bunions, planter fasciitis, and hammer-toe.

Workshop #4: Tuesday, May 18th, 2021, from 5-6:15pm: 
Pelvic Floor Support
Props Needed:
1 Black or Indigo YBR® ball
Direct bone stimulation improves the skeletal health of the pelvis. Work on the several muscles that support your pelvic floor to help realign your pelvis and ignite your pelvic floor muscles as they are the foundation of your entire torso.

Workshop #5: Tuesday, May 25th, 2021, from 5-6:15pm: 
Release the Hip Flexor (Psoas)
Props Needed:
2 Indigo YBR® balls
Systematically release the psoas and iliacus from origin to insertion. Good for back issues, weak or tight hip flexors, intestinal health, adductor stimulation, abdominal toning. Open the leg and arm attachments to feel longer and more spacious.
