Our experienced practitioners offer this subtle and safe form of energy healing. Sessions are held in a relaxed, comfortable setting in Earth Studio at Art of Awareness. Our clients have many options when it comes to how they receive treatments. Our first priority is always the comfort and safety of each individual client.
Reiki sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute increments. Before each session, clients have the opportunity to discuss their intention for the treatment, and any concerns or questions they may have. This may include particular areas of focus, feedback from previous sessions, and a discussion about how Reiki should be administered during their session (i.e. light touch or no contact). Clients may also schedule a 60-minute private yoga class that includes a 15-minute Reiki session at the close of class, during the final resting pose of their practice (savasana). These sessions take place in the yoga studio.

Reiki is believed to markedly decrease stress, which promotes a greater sense of ease and balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Meghan is a Therapist, Yogini, and Level II Reiki Practitioner from the Portland area who completed her Yoga teacher training with Yoga Muse School of Yoga, and Reiki II with Anne Donnell. Meghan graduated with a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of New England in 2018. What began as a personal health & wellness journey has turned into an absolute love for Yoga and Reiki, and a desire to share the benefits of these practices with those around her. Reiki is such a beautiful medicine that can truly transform the relationship with our body, mind, and soul, as well as the connections we have with the people around us. Meghan is passionate about making sure that everyone is every body can experience movement and healing in joyful, intuitive ways.
