Coping Skills Group (New module begins May 5th, 2021)
Our Coping Skills Group offers members the opportunity to build and practice coping skills in a group therapy setting. The closed group meets virtually each week for 8-week modules with the support of 2 experienced clinicians.

Sessions include a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills training, mindfulness practice, psychoeducation, behavioral/emotional response exploration, skill building, skill practice, and creative expression.

Now Offering the Core Mindfulness Module Coping Skills Group:
The Core Mindfulness module will run for 8 weeks, beginning on May 5th, 2021. The module will explore what mindfulness is, how to practice mindfulness, and how we can use mindfulness to help us change how we think, feel and respond.

The Core Mindfulness module is 1 of 4 Coping Skills Group modules. The other 3 modules will cover Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. New members will be welcomed at the start of each new module.

IOP Aftercare Group (TBD)
Clients who have completed our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) may find our IOP aftercare  group to be a very helpful resource. This group offers an opportunity to practice the skills developed while participating in IOP with the support of clinicians.
