Bridge Studio offers a full range of wellness classes, including yoga, mindfulness and meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi, and Reiki services. Drop-in and sliding scale class options are available and we are committed to making our classes accessible for all bodies and ability levels.
As of June 30th, 2023, Bridge Studio will be closing all operations until further notice. All Yoga classes and/or trainings will no longer be scheduled after June 30th.
We have appreciated our student’s support and participation in our Yoga and body-centered practices over the last several years since we opened Bridge Studio. We are grateful to have experienced the community our Yoga studios and incredible Teachers have cultivated over this time.
We would like to honor and recognize the beauty and spaciousness of what Water Studio has offered us with a celebratory event on June 16th, including a FREE yoga class (register below). More information about the June 16th event is available on our Workshops and Series page.
Steps to Register for & Attend an Online Class with Us:
- Select the date you would like to attend class and click “Sign Up”
- Click “Next”, then sign in to (or create) your Mindbody account
- Once you have registered & paid for the class, you will be sent a confirmation email of your reservation
- 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the class’s scheduled start time, you will be sent an invitation through email to attend a “Zoom meeting”
- Click the link provided in the email invitation to be brought to class
- If you do not receive an email invitation at least 30 minutes prior to class, please email bridgestudioatartofawareness@gmail.com to be sent a new invitation
Steps to Register for & Attend an In-Person Class with Us:
- Select the date you would like to attend class and click “Sign Up”
- Click “Next”, then sign in to (or create) your Mindbody account
- Once you have registered & paid for the class, you will be sent a confirmation email of your reservation
- Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts to maximize your experience and minimize disruption
- All students must wear masks while in the shared waiting room spaces and while in class
- To help keep our community safe, we also ask that students bring their own mats to practice
