Our workshops and series classes provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their practice, explore new topics and styles of movement, and learn from expert teachers while cultivating community and having fun!
Bridge Studio offers a wide variety of workshop and series topics, including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling®, Kundalini Yoga, Let Your Yoga Dance (LYYD), and several special seasonally themed classes–among others. In addition, our monthly schedule includes several regular rotating workshops (schedule below).
