Our therapists work with a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioral concerns, including Eating Disorders, Trauma, depression, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, substance abuse, life transitions, relationship issues, GLBTQ concerns, and grief. We work with adults, adolescents, children, families and couples.
We use a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist clients in their healing process. The therapeutic approaches frequently employed by our therapists include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. We believe each individual is unique, and choosing the right modality(s) is a collaborative process between client and therapist.
