Restorative Yoga Workshops Bridge Studio offers recurring restorative yoga workshops on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 4p to 6p. Advanced sign up is encouraged. Visit the specific date for each workshop in our class schedule to sign up.
Monthly Donation Based Classes on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 6p to 7pm
Join us for Yoga Nidra with Ida O’Donnell on the 2nd Monday of every month and for Yin Yoga on the 4th Monday of every month with rotating teachers. Visit the specific date for these classes in our class schedule to sign up for these donation based classes.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TSY) for Women –
Join Mindy Miller Muse, MSW, E-RYT 500
for a special women-only yoga series for survivors of trauma. In this trauma informed class, Mindy will offer participants an opportunity to experience the healing benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Note: Participants are required to complete a brief phone screening and sign a practice agreement waiver prior to attending their first class.
