At Art of Awareness, we believe that true wellness comes from caring for mind, spirit and body. To support our commitment to holistic health and well-being, we offer a full spectrum of wellness classes, including Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Mindfulness and other Body-Centered Practices at Bridge Studio, located on-site at 100 Waterman Drive.

4-Class Series: Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Women
Join Mindy Miller Muse, MSW, E-RYT500 for a special women-only yoga series for survivors of trauma.  In this class, participants are offered an opportunity to experience the healing benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Advanced sign up for the series is required.  Note: Participants are required to complete a brief phone screening and sign a practice agreement waiver prior to attending their first class.  Contact Mindy Miller Muse at 207-805-0182 with questions or to complete/schedule your phone screening.
