To support our commitment to holistic health and well-being, we offer a full spectrum of wellness classes, including Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Mindfulness and other Body-Centered Practices at Bridge Studio, located on-site at 100 Waterman Drive.

LYYD participants move through their body’s energy centers (or chakras) to music, engaging the heart, mind, body, and soul. Classes are gently facilitated, and are truly an opportunity for EVERY body to move in a way that feels safe and enjoyable. *LYYD is interactional and often includes opportunities to move together in small or large groups.

FREE Yoga for Teens (13-18) with Valerie Costello, RYT 500hr
(Through the Southern Maine Teen Yoga Project)
Thursdays, July 6th-August 24th from 10:45am-11:45am
ALL teens between the ages of 13-18 are welcome to participate! A release form signed by a parent/guardian is required. The release can be found here and may be submitted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or in person. Forms are also available at SPHS and Redbank Community Center. Bridge Studio is on the South Portland bus line and free bus passes are available at the Redbank Community Center and SPHS! Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing. Mats and props will be provided.

4-Class Series: Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Women
Join Mindy Miller Muse, MSW, E-RYT500 for a special women-only yoga series for survivors of trauma. In this class, participants are offered an opportunity to experience the healing benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Advanced sign up for the series is required. Note: Participants are required to complete a brief phone screening and sign a practice agreement waiver prior to attending their first class.
