We recently relocated to 100 Waterman Drive in South Portland and have opened a beautiful new body centered practices studio called BRIDGE STUDIO.
In addition to our mental health counseling practice our new BRIDGE STUDIO offers Yoga, Taiji (Tai Chi) & Qigong, Meditation and Mindfulness Classes.

Our Counseling/Therapy Practice provides services for individuals, families, groups and we offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Our therapists are trained to provide therapeutic services for a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, LGBTQ concerns, and grief and loss issues. We work with adults, adolescents, children, families and couples.
Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) provides more intensive treatment focused on improving an individual’s stability and functioning for a variety of mental health concerns and specializes in supporting individuals with disordered eating and trauma-related issues.
